Lightly spray basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place desired number of servings in air fryer, leaving 1″ between pieces. Cook for 6 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 6 minutes for medium rare, or until desired temperature is reached. Remove steaks from air fryer, let stand 5 minutes, remove metal skewer and serve.
Open the cover and place the steaks on the bottom grill. Close the top grill, but don’t press down. Let the steaks cook, taking their temperature periodically with a meat thermometer. When they are 5 degrees Fahrenheit below the desired temperature, remove them from the grill. Let the steaks rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to 450 degrees F. Remove the pork steaks from the marinade, then brush with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper and the remaining ½ teaspoon of salt. Oil the grill grates. Place pork steaks on the grates and grill, covered, about 4 minutes per side or until the pork reaches 140 degrees F.
