July 12, 2023 8:02 am in News. Activision has released the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 patch 1.21 (PS5 version shows this as version 1.021) preload for PlayStation platforms. This brings Season 4 Reloaded data for both MW2 and Warzone, with the update live later today. Read on for the slate of new content incoming later today.
To install the 1.22 patch: PlayStation: Go to your Game Library and select Modern Warfare II. If prompts do not appear, press the options button on the game tile and select “Check for Update”. Xbox: Press the Xbox button and go to My Games & Apps. Select Modern Warfare II, press the Menu button and choose Update.
