If you have a pc and enough money to spend on the game from steam (not rockstar launcher cos it's not as good as the Steam version) then get the game and download and install a save file from the last mission you did. There's plenty of save files on the Internet you just have to type the mission and "gta sa pc save file" after and you should be Save The Game: Create a new save file before you start using these cheats. Since Achievements will be disabled by entering any cheat code, it's important to keep a "clean" save for the future.
